Some ill capsule toys from Japan. The makers create some detailed, concept driven, too weird for kids, fun collectibles popping up in random regions in Japan. Plus it's only 200 yen (around $2) per capsule.

Panda No Ana is one of those makers, this one even got a PR trailer for one of their bizare toys. Daps all around.

Like ODB and Mariah went back like babies with pacifiers, GreyTone and MC Radiator went back like public payphone and beepers. Two grown men rapping like message rap are still heard and geek reference are sharper than Samurai Jack's katana. Check out their debut EP:

"New York Rap spiced with love, peace, fun, and existentialism. Cooked over hip hop and rock beats. With a large side of geek.
GreyTone & MC Radiator bring everything — from awesome all the way to amazing.
They’re the Dope Set Spectrum."

The all famous Nat Geo is 130 years old. Claps and daps all around.
Peep the timelapse clip of all covers.
Though, I'm erked by the last highlight with the transgender boy.
If the kid doesn't go through all the obstacles of being gay, how can he have a mentality that is strong enough to cope with gender equality? How can a child learn through experience of the difference of gender and the importance of each role, if he is convinced to switching genders like game apps? And is he really gay? or is he bi? To be continued in the year 3000.

Metropolis - Tezuka Osamu
We're couple of steps closer to having a biohybrid androids with AI. Such as, those creepy closer to life like robot dolls, or artificial limbs but incorporating bio-technology, or AI improvements that imitates and thinks like humans.
WHAT IF the organic material robots are so advanced it's... basically human? This explains why we have iron and metal in our bodies and our morals are crap because our AI system is garbage! Take the red pill!

Anyways, the above gif/pic is from the legendary Tezuka Osamu's (Astro Boy, Phoenix saga, Black Jack, and everything he touches that turns to gold) anime adaptation of Metropolis.

[Design / Arts & Crafts] FREE DL* "Origami Simulator"

1/8/2018

Origami supported by computer app. That's the new level artisan right there.
For the noobs and twisted, Origami is a Japanese word that trans-literated to 'folded paper'. It's a art by itself but also a good way to practice construction methods. By construction, I mean packaging your snacks to designing architecture.
Prof. Jun Mitani dropped a free app that you can create new origami patterns to new heights. Peep the site HERE to download.
